Plain-language summaries of how Nametags handles data and what the service agreement covers. The executed agreement governs in any conflict.
Privacy notice
Nametags processes the directory attributes an administrator chooses to sync — typically name, preferred name, title, pronouns, team, and region — for the sole purpose of rendering a nametag on that person's outgoing video.
- We do not process meeting video, audio, transcripts, or attendee lists.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- Data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination, or immediately on written request.
- Data subject requests are handled through the customer administrator, who acts as controller.
This site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The homepage demo stores whatever you type into the sample nametag in your own browser's local storage; clearing site data removes it.
Terms of service
Access is licensed per provisioned seat for the term of the order form. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the directory data they sync and for the content of the templates they publish.
- Business plans target 99.5% monthly uptime; Enterprise targets 99.9%.
- Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure.
- Trademarks displayed in a customer's templates remain the property of that customer.
