Questions we get before the contract
How is a seat counted?
A seat is a person provisioned to receive a nametag. Deprovisioned people stop counting at the next billing cycle, and shared room devices are free.
Do you charge for guests or external participants?
No. Nametags renders on your employee's device. Everyone else on the call just sees it.
Is there a free trial?
Team plans include a 14-day trial with no card. Business and Enterprise start with a scoped pilot, usually one department for 30 days.
What happens if someone doesn't install it?
They appear as they always did. Control Center shows you exactly who hasn't installed, so adoption is a number rather than a guess.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, annual billing is available on every plan and is how Enterprise agreements are structured.
